1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Zolio website and platform (“Zolio,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our site or products, you agree to these terms. If you are using Zolio on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing on that organization’s behalf.

2. Using the platform

Zolio provides evidence-based decision support across hiring, workforce deployment, skills assessment, and continuity planning. Access to the platform is granted under a separate order form or pilot agreement between Zolio and your organization; these terms apply to the public website and any features made available without a separate agreement.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site or platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Zolio system or another user’s data.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell any part of the platform without written permission.
• Introduce malicious code or interfere with the platform’s normal operation.

4. Intellectual property

The Zolio name, logo, and platform are the property of Zolio and its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of that intellectual property to you.

5. Disclaimers

The website and any illustrative product content on it are provided for informational purposes only. Zolio makes commercial commitments, including specific service levels and data handling terms, only through a signed order form or pilot agreement.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “last updated” date above.
